MORTGAGE APPLICATION AUTHORIZATION

I/We request that this application be electronically provided to a lender commencing as soon as practicable. I/We understand that this may allow a lender to submit a commitment for my/our review and agree to sign any commitment received indicating my/our acceptance or rejection of such commitment as the case may be.

The parties hereto confirm that it is their wish that this Agreement, as well as all other documents relating hereto, including notices, have been and shall be drawn up in the English language only.

I/we hereby certify that the information given in my/our MORTGAGE APPLICATION is complete and correct and is given for the purpose of obtaining the mortgage loan and /or financial services applied for.

I/We authorize that receipt and exchange of information about me/us with your affiliates from time to time as your deem appropriate and to the sharing or exchange of reports and information with the credit reporting agencies, credit bureaus, mortgage insurers, and /or any other person, corporation, firm or enterprise with whom I/we have or propose to have a financial relationship.
